An unconventional view of a gerbera daisy photographed from beneath, revealing it’s hidden structure through dramatic light and shadow.

This image examines the underside of a curly gerbera, shifting attention away from the familiar face of the flower toward it’s hidden architecture. Illuminated against a black background, the petals radiate outward in layered gestures that feel both organic and unfamiliar, while the stem rises through the frame with quiet tension. By reversing the expected perspective, the work transforms the flower into an almost abstract sculptural form, inviting reflection on pattern, structure and the overlooked details of botanical life.

A4 prints are shipped flat in archival protective packaging.
A2 prints are shipped rolled in a sturdy postal tube.
